This hotel in the center of the city is a great value for money. The rooms, although older, are spotlessly clean and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The staff are attentive and provide excellent service. I especially enjoyed the included buffet breakfast with unlimited food and drinks.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money is remarkable. Considering the affordable prices, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the level of service provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel's location in the center of the city, specifically at Fuente Osmena Circle, was convenient for exploring all that Cebu has to offer. Despite the rooms being older, they were kept incredibly clean, which is a testament to the hotel's commitment to maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. Furthermore, the fact that breakfast was included was a fantastic bonus, especially because it offered a wide variety of dishes for all tastes.

The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall, just a short taxi or jeepney ride away. It is also close to the Waterfront area, which offers plenty of dining and entertainment options. there are large shopping malls within easy reach of the hotel.

There may be some issues with the cleanliness of the rooms, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

Holiday Plaza Cebu was a pleasant surprise from the moment I arrived. The security staff greeted me warmly and helped me with my bags, setting a positive tone for my stay. The bell boy was exceptionally helpful, showing me to my room and ensuring I had everything I needed. The rooms are older but impeccably clean, thanks to the diligent and polite housekeeping staff. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options including custom omelets. The staff serving breakfast were attentive and always ready to assist. One detail that stood out was the hotel's central location at fuente osmena circle, making it convenient for exploring the city.

Stayed here recently and I have to say the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. the rooms were clean and comfortable which made sleeping easy. What I liked best was the convenience of its location, it was within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. the rooftop restaurant provided stunning views of the city.

I found the bathroom a bit outdated and the carpet could use a refresh. the lack of a safe in the room was a bit of a hassle.

The bathroom fixtures were old and the carpets were stained. The overall aesthetic was quite outdated, and while the beds were comfortable, the room conditions detracted from our overall enjoyment of the stay.
